At Covenant Life, we believe that God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe and that He exists eternally as The 3 in 1: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three entities are co-equal and co-eternal. The Son, Jesus, is fully God and fully man. He came to Earth as the Son of Man, lived a sinless life, died, and rose again to save us all from sin. He will physically and visibly return to Earth someday for the second time to establish His Kingdom. The Holy Spirit is present in the world and lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides us with the power for living, understanding the spiritual truth, and guidance to living a righteous life. As believers, we are to always seek to be filled with the Holy Sprit.

We follow the Holy Bible as the authoritative inspired Word of God to determine all doctrinal truths. The Bible tells us that we are made in the spiritual image of God and given fruits of the Spirit to walk out our purpose God planned for us. God gave us the gift of Salvation, but we must accept it by trusting and inviting Jesus Christ into our heart. We must turn from our own recourse and turn to Jesus in faith to accept our promise to Eternal Life. To follow Christ, is to repent for our sins and ask for forgiveness as we yield to God’s Word and His Spirit.

The Church is the Body of Christ. Every person who is born of the Spirit is an integral part of the Church as a member of the body of believers. There is a spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. It is our duty as the The Church to keep God’s commandments, seek salvation, receive Christ, and bring his Kingdom to Earth.
